It would also help to tell what does 'microstudios' have to do with this?
And what program are you using to burn?

I'm not sure what MicroStudios has to do with it. MicroStudios is the program I am using to burn Karaoke songs (cd+g files) to cd.
My CDRW did burn the same songs in wav. format with Real One Player, but would not open them in Real One, although I could open them with MicroSoft Media Player. I'm not at home right now so I can't give all the exact info.

You will most probably fiind a solution from microstudios home page, perhaps an update to their software or something.

I tried them first, they sent me to google search for the problem which ended here. They said an ntdll problem might mean I needed to reformatt hard drive and and reinstall XP.
This problem has just shown itself. I used MicroStudio about a month ago with no problems.

Are there any errors recorded in the event logs? If so post that information here. From what I've read about ntdll.dll erros, you either have a corrupt dll file that your device uses and you need to replace it. The problem is finding out which one. Reloading the drivers for the related devices may fix it. Or you need to do a repair install of the OS.

Google revealed that ntdll error is program specific.
One case (with tmpgenc in question) was solved by changing the processing priority...

Thus, I don't think google will help (unless someone had the same problem).

XP SP1 might help?
