ATI 9600 or GF 4 TI/ SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

I have just upgraded to an N7-M mobo with an AMD XP2100 and would like to know if anyone could tell me which would be a better vid card to add, I intend to transfer a lot of VHS vids to drive and convert to VCD/DVD and I dont play a lot of games so which would be better please?

Yes thanks, maybe my description of the card was not explicit enough, that is ehat I was meaning, I found with this board there's no connection for vivo so as the onboard card does'nt like going above 200fsb, I thought to install a plug i. I'll check out your recon thanks, any particular model ????
