making a scanned jpg into a template

i have a form i have to hand write about 20 times a day and messing up isnt good. does anyone know if there is a way to make a template out of a scanned jpg file. im mostly using ms works as my word processor. thanks

Are you saying that you want to be able to fill out this form electronically? I don't beleive works has the capability to do what you need. What I would consider is taking the form and recreating it in works for your own use.

Agreed.

What you need is OCR (Object Character Recognition) software. This will allow you to input data from the scanned document.

you could do that in word. just setting it as the background anyway.

but i agree, maybe you want to create a whole new template form.

you could use exel to do reproduce the form and use it to input to and print just make the form and save every time you input and print don't save or you will have to just del prvious info. You could also make a java script to do this. How many fields of inputs do you need? Basicly you would use the form in the printer input the fields in your java script and have it set to print on the lines where they belong.

lots of good answers. thanks. i looked at omni page and it looks like it does almost what i want. i showed my brother and he sayed he could do it with excel.
