Outdoors RTCW Problems!!!!!! CONNECTION INTERUPTED????

I really need some help. When I play RTCW online on any map....the game will be playing fine and all of a sudden "Connection Interupted" will come on the screen. I dont know why this is. I have DSL and a good computer. My dad has the same connection and computer and gets it sometimes but not nearly as much as I do.

Someone was saying you can maximize your gameplay by messing with your wolfconfig file or by typing the commands into the dos prompt in the game using the tilty key. I guess you can change like hunkmegs and how much ram the game will actually use, how fast the video card will actually process the data and such. Anyways I NEED HELP!!!!!!!! Someone please help me....I can't be the only person out there that this has happened to.

Thanks
Chris

It doesnt matter what my ping is it still happens alot. In the game my ping time can range from 60 to around 160. Yes i filter my servers....and usually try to play on the low pinged servers. Usually Ill play on servers that ping around 50.
