how do u open .IMG Files copied from CLoneCD

i copied GTAVC cause when i try to copy it to the desktop it freezes.. now i tried clonecd and it copied but i don't know how to open it so i can take the files out, cause if i burn it i need to add one other file. and i wanna open the folder and add the file then burn.

Many mounting tools allow you to mount the image file, eg. daemon tools.

Give ISO Buster a try. I've used it on a few ocassions and it worked well for me!
