Bad Power Supply??

OK, I actually swapped this one out of my wife's computer a little over a week ago because it had the extra 4-pin connector (when I bought a new motherboard/cpu), so I don't know much about it's long-term behavior..
it's a real POS "Deer" supply..
the darn thing kept rebooting @ startup on me a few times, then this morning I went to bed and left it on, came back down to find it was off and refused to turn on, even the cdrom wouldn't respond to the eject (it would even do that with the dead MB), even the Diagnostic LED's that come with the (MSI K7N2 Delta) motherboard wouldn't light up.. but the LAN connector DID!
I played with resetting the cmos and general pin connections for a while.. had it fire up and shut back down in cmos once.. but for now it's powered up and running again..
I have it in CMOS and the displayed voltages are as follows:
Vcore: 1.56v~1.60v (not too low for an XP2000+?, too much fluctuation?)
+3.3v: 3.23v~3.28v
+5v : 5.02 steady
+12v: 11.92v steady
-12v: 11.70v steady
-5v: -5.09 steady
battery: 2.94~2.96v
5VSB: 4.92v steady

Verdict??

What kind of wattage is it running at?

It looks okay...except that the -12 and the Vcore looks low.

For comparison:

BTW, Temps show 52C/40C

The problems definitely sound like problemd with the power supply. I'd replace it.

Recheck all the connections, make sure the power to the CDRW etc is not reversed (reversed power happened to me, cost me a Macintosh Quadra 605). Overclocking? the -12 is not too low, but looks like it is loaded quite a bit for such a lightweight setup. Pull the NIC, reboot, etc.

it's certainly not reversed, or loose.. not OCing ATM, and I can't pull the NiC.. it's onboard..

Yeah, I think your hands are tied on this one. The case/PSU sounds ok, but remember, a cheap PSU might not be a good choice.
