Sapphire 9000 pro 128

I am using the Sapphire Atlantis 9000 pro 128 with an XP Pro O/S, an AMD XP 2400+ CPU, with 512 mb DDR ram, A7V8X ASUS Mother board.

I have downloaded all the updates, and bios updates for my motherboard, but I still have a problem.

The screen goes blank for a second then comes back on for a few min, then goes blank for a second and so on.

I assume this isnt happening with any other cards. Is it running at 4x or 8x? Was the previous card running at the same speed? Is it overclocked?

Only happens with this card, not clocked, motherboard set to Auto, but it is running at 4

Have you tried the latest chipset drivers and BIOS updates?

Are you sure your monitor cable is in good shape and/or connected well?

Sometimes, it's the simplest of things.
