Over Clocking a ABit BE6 MoBo

I have it currently set up to be a 450mhz PIII, what can I do to get it up to the 700mhz it can be maxed out at? I already tried to change it in the BIOS but it did not except that?

Thanks All!!

When I used one a few years ago I had to do a biosflash to up the voltage (if I remember correctly) have a look at www.overclockers.com in their cpu database----there are 400 entrys averaging 600mhz for the PIII450---you should be able to run it at 133 for 600 easily after getting your voltage over 2.0...
