Avatars and Signatures

Hey, I've noticed on this forum avatars are allowed, but it seems you cant use a picture as your signature. Is there any way this can be changed by a moderator? It would be nice to be able to use a standard banner sized graphic as my signature, most other forums I participate on allow it.

Avatars are nice, but sigs are just clutter. If you want to say something about yourself for everybody else to see, put it in your profile.

no having a picture for a signature gets really old really fast.

if you search on past topics alot of people dont want it

it also sucks up bandwidth and some forum sites don't like that.

One reason I like this place is the lack of pictures in the sigs. I find it very irritating to scroll down through all the pictures to read the text of the messages.

if this place allowed signatures id be gone so fast.......that......well i would just leave Signatures suck, and thank goodness they dont allow them.

If you want, you can "sign" your name after your post like I do. It's kind of like a sig.
