Need Photoshop help

I need help adding names to a pic. I posted a pic of my crew and fire truck in the member gallery and would like to be able to put names with faces and print the pic to hang in the station. We have three trucks in the station and three shifts. Eventually, we are going to hang 9 pics of all companies/shifts and need to know how to add the names to the pics. I have Photoshop 6.0 and don't have a clue how to use it.

Here's the pic I would like to add the names to.

Jerrygarcia, do you mean you would just like to put each guy's name above his pic? If so that is very easy to do. If this is what you mean all you have to do is open up the image in photoshop, and use the text tool to write what you want. If you need any more help let me know.

Stick around and you will learn a lot from here. You can then pass on your help to others. I started here as a complete computer idiot/n00b and am glad all of the people here took me under their expert wings and helped me help others.......it took awhile.

Use custom avatar
Note: the maximum size of your custom image is 64 by 64 pixels or 10000 bytes (whichever is smaller).

You can upload one in the user cp.
