me too. I read the reviews on newegg and they all got the version 2.0 even though the pic and description are of an earlier version. I would buy from somewhere else, but they are cheaper and all my other stuff is coming from there.

do yo have someplace local you can get some of the stuff from ? like the harddrives ? you can always find a rebate on them local so they might be alittle cheaper . same with the cd burner . and the rounded cables and mouse and keyboard and fans at 63$ man what kind did ya get ? if you are on a budget you can do without the rounded cables at first and maybe ad later . if you are getting boxed hd and motherboard they will come with cables .

I've been burned on rebates before. The fans are what brought the price up on that they were $4.99/fan x 4. The keyboard and optical mouse was a combo for just over $30. The cables were just under $3 x 2 cables.

I'm more worried about the OS now. I see xp has some problems. Is xp pro problem free? I see lots of people suggesting it. what gives?

no OS is problem free . i am using home at the moment , and have changed hardware a few times . if that helps any . if you make sure you have copies of your info you send you shouldn't have a problem with rebates . i know it sucks sometimes but the stuff that i have problems with is 5$ rebates not 60$ ones for harddrives . also if you already ordered them oh well but you can get mouse and keyboard local alot cheaper , but oh well . there is a guy that sells some pretty nice fans here in the fs section . i got 6 for 14.50 shipped . and like i said rounded cables are nice but not really needed if you are neat about your install .

lol, Too late Omar. The list above is exactly how I stand at this minute. I was hoping to get an email from newegg confirming that the NF7-S was 2.0 version. I guess I'll take a chance and see. Everone else has been getting that version from newegg.
