hey i wasnt quite sure to post on this so if you want to move it move it.

Ok im looking for a good webcam that doesnt cost alot of money that will give me good pics that refresh every 15 seconds.

any suggestions?

the VeoStingray is a good starter camera and can be bought at WalMart for 15.95.

im not sure of the quality of that camera seeing as it only cost $15 but i still dont wanna spend over $50 but i do want very clear images coming out of it.
