Some Windos Media Videos flicker in MP
Some downloaded videos when played in Media Player 9 flicker as if it was an old movie or every second frame is missing even though they are Windows Media files. I fixed this before but can't remember now how I did it. I re-installed Windows XP and it wiped out the fix, among other tweaks.
Funny, all videos stored in one file folder flicker, but moving a video into another folder where the files don't flicker doesn't help, the flicker moved with the file. That file will play just fin in XP with the previous version of Media player.
