Type of mobo?

Here is an image of my current Motherboard. All i know is it is a Intel 845 chipset. I need to know if this is an ATX mobo so i can order a new case. here is the picture. If you need to see more let me know i might be able to find another picture.

That mobo seems to be VERY proprietary. I've never seen a board that shape before or a case that would fit it.

OK so if I wanted to get a new case I would need a new motherboard right? Could I just find a motherboard that matches with my processor and RAM and would that work?

Sorry...I dont see what is odd about that layout?
Looks like standard board...I am looking up possibilities now...
It is ATX.
can you glean ANY other info from board?
On the processor bed...what does it say on the raised "shelf"....stamped something like "Socket 462" or something (where cpu sits)
Are you sure its an Intel 845 chipset?...Im not finding that... Mobot goes from 840 straight to 850 chipset.

Here are the tech specs on my system. It says chipset is Intel 845.

The other one is newer and was asking what other upgrades might be required to make it work. This one I was just trying to figure out if my motherboard would fit an ATX case.
