why doesnt 3dmark run?

when Ive installed 3dmark and doubleclick on icon to start it goes to setup instead of actually running the program. This is when ive already installed the program!!

Why?

Ive tried to download again and reinstall....doesnt help?

VERY strange...anyone recognise this "problem"?

I'm trying to remember if I've seen this problem before. At any rate, does it do this when you manually open the EXE instead of using the shortcut?
