I used Alien Skin Eye Candy in Fireworks to create this design. Does anyone know of a better way of creating poke dots that span the entire background?? One more thing: How can I have the dots fade in color from one end to the other??
Dont know how to create dots for background due to scaling but to fade get rid of background and have dots selected then apply a gradient to your liking
