Feedback on Logo

I have been reading through the forums for the past couple of hours and am so impressed with the constructive feedback you all give to each other.

I am hoping you will help me with my logo dilemma. I created this logo using Fireworks MX but it is way too busy in my opinion. I am hoping you folks can come up with something a bit simpler in vision.

There is no website yet, but the name of the company is Memory Planters and it creates customized scrapbooks. If you need any more information just ask.

everytime i try to attach the file and click submit it clears the "attach file" textbox.

anyway, just go to www.memoryplanters.com and you can see the logo there.

I like the colors used.
I like the idea, but the graphic used could use a little polish....not profesional looking enough.
Honestly this is just constructive criticizm because there is no right and wrong, only opinion.
Do you want help with this or are you just asking for opinions period?

i am open to all criticism and ideas. this was my first attempt at logo design and i am not impressed.

if you can think of a better idea, i would be thankful for your input. tear it apart, throw it out...thanks for the help!

I like the Color Mix as for the Logo(Planter) well I think you need to get more creative!! Forget the Planter and trees and try to go for something more abstract!!!

same here, foodbiz. i liked it for about a day and now i just think it's a busy mess. thanks for the feedback! what about just a flower with the company name?
