Winxp question about multiple partitions.

Hello everyone:
I have my winxp operating system on a 40 gig hard drive in the partition C(10 gigs) then i have second partition on the same HD E(30Gigs) and i have a second harddrive (100 gigs)With multiple partitions, D(20 gigs), F(20 gigs) ,G (20 gigs) and so on. I have alot of info on the second hard drive and my D drive is empty. I am practically out of space on the C: Drive(8.5 gigs out of 10 is used). Since i am using a complementary cmos( western digital E-Z Bios HD utility) i cannot use Norton ghost or a program like that because it inactivates my c partition. Is there anyway to copy the system files and the winxp to D drive without any hassle and losing data. Thanks for the help. Turk
