U sure u don't have a virus already, or some type of spyware?

Antiviruses are very effect IMO...

specially if u do a lot of downloading from the web

just got an email from a friend that says she got it sent to her hotmail addy. Was caught before she could open it I guess.

info as she gives it..sorry its not the best.

she deleted it before i could get anymore info from her

I should re-install some AV stuff as well. Maybe a good idea. In fact I should do that on all the computers in the house.
Although everytime I do that, then one by one the computers seem to end up crashing.

I've gotten two different copies of this virus int he past two days. Glad my AVG caught them.

Somethings on the loose out there. For the past week and a half my av program caught an average of 2-3 viruses a day in my email. Not that I would have opened them anyway. They were attachments from people I've never heard of. But all was quiet for me for so long now all of a sudden lately its crazy.

It's getting crazy out there. Although I think any major virus is now going to get A LOT of publicity after Slammer and Blaster and all the other noteworthy ones.
