Need advice on Graphics card

Hey guys i have an old geforce 2 and I dont think it is supported by xp I get an error display everytime I try and load it and have the latest drivers still malfunctioning and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this card and if it was any good?

VGA CHAINTECH XABRE SIS440 64MB 8X VGA & TV-OUT. RETAIL BOX

I just want one that will play age of mythology for around 60 bucks and not a total piece of doo doo!

GeForce2's are fully supported by XP. Your most likely haveing some other problem which you will possibly continue to have even with a new card.

So to help diagnose lets look at what happened. Did it start when you installed XP, or did something else happen before this problem began? What are your system specs, and was anything overclocked?

If you're looking to buy a SIS440 card, I'd highly recommend you look at other alternatives from nVidia or ATI.

Is $60 your limit or could you go to $80 possibly? In that area you could get a GeForce 3 ti200 or GeForce 4 ti4200... see this thread :

I just haven't heard great things about the SIS video cards and their capabilities...
