Drafts mailbox??

A stupid question maybe, but what is the purpose of the drafts mailbox?

Maybe I missed something during my English lecture, but draft means an air flow through a room AFAIK. What does this has to do with mail?

Where do you see this at? I would initally guess it is for work in progress (like when composing an email and you need to save it so you can finish it later).


Draft can also mean something like a beta

I guess you might be right about that.

I see it in Outlook aswell on my webbased mail.
Probably will never use it though
