Is this RAM right?

My mom has a Dell Dimension 2350, It has the 2 ghz Celeron, My sister decided she wanted a cd burner. So she had one put in by a local shop. The next day the pc crashed and she could not do a lot of stuff like use her modem etc...She only has 128 MB of RAM, with Win XP home. I figure it is way under rammed for lack of a better term. I went to dell's website it says the ram it uses is pc2100 DDR could this be true with a 2 gig celeron? Any input would ber appreciated.

BTW I am like 1500 miles away from her so I have no way of looking at the ram it has

more than likely...its probably a way to cut costs you know how pc manufactures are.

Yes Ive checked aswell it has PC2100 Ram (266Mhz). it has a Intel 845GL chipset. Sad to say that With WinXP installed why such low Ram installed strange? well I guess Dell is being tell
Im surely always say to myself to stay away from all those companys out there and Build my own hehheeh More options I know dell makes great machine But who needs a machine with so much stuff it in shesh the last time I looked inside a dell it was scary hehehheeh

ok thank you very much. Ya I built my pc but mom couldnt wait for that she had to have one that day. She wanted to "Surprise" me and buy it all by herself. haha that kinda backfired.
