burn-in software...

Hey, all, I'm looking for some software to install onto a machine that is like a system stress test, or burn-in software. I have a machine that I thought had a bad mobo, but when I reinstalled Win2k, all seems to work fine. I've been running 3D pipes for a couple of days and it has run without a hitch. I just don't know if that is taxing enough to give me an accurate answer to the bad mobo issue.

Thanks.
