Id like to redisgn my work website but I need some ideas. I searched on Macromedias site for some templates that use to be there but are no longer. Anyone know of any good templates?

Well its my company and its small. Ive done the site so far but it needs a change and I dont know what direction to goto. I want it lighter and Id like a nav menu on the left. I dont want anything angular Id like to make some round tables but I dont know how. something like this...http://www.templates911.com/template...te.php?tid=931 yet a lil more smooth. The nav menu doesnt look that great. If I could figure out how to make that round table I think Id be set.
