Kids Outlook Calendar Question ?

Is there a way that I can make a master calendar that is available to everyone that will show when people are out for the day, or if they have an appointment or something?

I'm not using an exchange server, just microsoft mail from an NT 4.0 server.

Oh, and we are using Outlook 2000.

You could always try using MS schedule+ which I think is sitting on your office 2000 CD somewhere. You can share calandars with this..... dont know how to but.
