Tv out question

OK I'm running two video cards,and i have to go into the properties to enable the second monitor. When I click Apply it automaticlly disables again.Is this normal, or do I have something messed up?
Monitor 2 says "If you can read this windows has correctly initialized extended desktop" or close, then tells me to adjust the desktop properties?????
At any rate the TV out is acting funky, but I will play with that some more

are you trying to go to a second monitor or a TV with tv out?

If you're going to a TV, change the input type to video on the TV, because you have to say yes to "Keep these settings . . ."

I'm just trying to use the tv out on this card.

I do have color signal to the TV, but the picture has a black line in the middle and the picture is rolling.

The card is set for generic tv???And it won't let me change it.It's also 640x480 res with 32 bit color.

I have D/L several drivers for this card,and though the card does work, the TV out is still messed up.

I am using the Nvidia drivers with it now, which is the only ones that offer multi monitor support,but the TV out is still like above.

Anyone have a better driver for this card? I have tried driverguide,that's where I got these

It is a Diamond Viper V330 4mb PCI

What format are you using when you go to TV out? NTSC?

I don't have an option of what format to use,it doesn't recognize the TV out

The original drivers won't let it run with multiple monitors,and the Nvidia drivers don't work with the TV out

look for updates at http://www.nvidia.com/

I just d/l the latest drivers last night,that's the one I'm using now
