Linux Swap

When you install Linux it makes 3 paritions. 2 swaps and 1 for him self. Yesterday my pc kept crashing and it couldnt store anything.

Anyways.. I saw that one of my swaps are FULL. Is this normal?

At the least you usually have 3 partitions (usually)

/ (which is root)
home (your user account)
swap (for when you run out of ram it uses hardrive space)

We probably need a little more info before answering your question.

#1 what is the size of your hard drive?
#2 what partitions do you actually have?
#3 what are the partion sizes?

Answers to these would help answer your question.
