2100+ tbred or palomino, how to tell?

Anyone know how to tell if a, Athlon XP 2100 is a thoroughbred or a palomino? I'm guessing the XP2100 part number is AXDA2100DUT3C for the tbred and the palomino is something else? Can anyone confirm/dismiss this? I have a shuttle AK31 mobo and am going to bump it up to hopefully a 2100, but it only supports the .18 2100s, and I haven't been able to locate any, assuming my part number theory is correct. So if anyone can set me straight on this I'll probably end up settling for a 2000.

axda = t-bred and ax = palomino. Also palomino have a square core and t-bred a rectangle core.
