IBM 300PL

Ive got an ibm 300pl pc, the motherboard model is 6562460, Could anyone tell me what the processor could be upgraded to on this, Its a socket 7 and its got a 200mhz processor in it at the moment.

I believe that you are limited to a 233Mhz Pentium.... but I do not think it can take MMX CPU's.... Sorry mate, but you are pretty much there - try updating your RAM.

i was led to believe that it is a mmx proceesor

Looks like 233 mmx is the fastest you can go.
