Got my old PC from the daughter

Device manager does not show a mouse installed (brushing up on the keyboard shortcuts) how do I reinstall the mouse? No floppy drivers they are lost! Win 98

depends on how old the computer is!

all you should have to do is plug it into the ps2 port. or if its usb right into the usb. windows will load up generic drivers for it to work

Just download and install Mouseware 9.76 from Logitech.

It works with every mouse that I've ever seen, serial, PS2, or USB

Yes its a serial I went to add new hardware and windows installed the driver from the CD. I now have the mouse showing on system devices and SD says it is working! But its not working

Kuasimodem
