I need a new e-mail. help!

im tired of this yahoo and hotmail crap, they cant send my attachment because its too big, wtf!! i dont like burning stuff on cd's since its mostly a waste. Can someone suggest a good pop3, or something like it, and a good e-mail program. i dont like outlook express that much. i thought there was something called pegasus, or phoenix or something, does anyone have any suggestions?

You should be able to log into some kind of account management and set up your email accounts. My master email account in Road Runner is stupid, but, I don't use it unless I am going to sign into Account Management.
