WinXP, Registration, Upgrade Issues

Ok guys a few questions.

I just recently upgraded my computer's OS from Win98 to WinXP....so far things are good, but I have this slight problem. First, when i go to search for files on my computer, it opens this windows installer that asks for the Windows 2000 Premium disk? So i get about 5 of those windows, which I have to cancel cause I dont have that disk. Then when I start Outlook 2000, it won't start because that TOO needs the Microsoft Windows 2000 Premium disk. It says OMINT.DLL missing?

Second, I did not register at the time of the upgrade, and I heard that after 60 days WinXP will not work anymore? Is this true, b/c I recieved no notification on my taskbar asking for me to register and how can I register now?

Thanks again

You may find the "2000 Premium" disc it is asking for is MS Office and not Windows.

Registering XP should be possible from the "System Tools" folder in >Start>Programs>Accessories ...I think, I deleted the shortcut a long time ago.

Yah I tried to reinstall office with the XP disc but it wouldn't let me do anything without the OMINT. DLL file, I was afraid to delete outlook without having a definate backup in place in case I could not reinstall. Anyway, is it true that XP won't work after 60 days if I do not register????

It's either 60 days or 50 starts, I can't remember ...but it will fail if you don't activate it, you don't have to register to activate.

l00kie Heya!.
