WHats the Specs on your system? Maybe there is a leakage in your memory? Did you install something before this all took place?

no i didn't soon as i had windows completed i checked dxdiag. and i doubt there a leakage cause windows see my memory as 768 and at boot up Soyo counts my mem and it comes up to 78***** sum. that means its there but some error. but when i took the 256 out the dxdiag saw it as 64.0mb then ?? really weird.
