wouldn't it be easier just to clear your internet cache?

I don't think that is a real directory... content.ie5 is a special folder for internet cache.

Try this:

Code:
CD C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\TEMPOR~1\CONTENT.IE5\s56vwla7\

del C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\TEMPOR~1\CONTENT.IE5\s56vwla7\getmsg[2]
It could also be that the folder 's56vwla7' is a unique, per-computer folder in the temporary internet files folder.

glad to hear that....which you managed to figure it out before i could say anything...you have to specify a file to delete with the del command, and all files have file extensions in windows (well...it is possible not to have them...but the only way i've seen that happens is with *nix files spilling over into a windows partition).
