ICS using WinME and Win2K Pro

I am currently running my home network using ICS and WindowsME machines. I use this to share a dial out connection and to share a printer and move files between machines. The ICS machine is a WindowsME machine.

My question is as follows:
I want to add a laptop to this configuration. The laptop is running Win2K Professional. How do I configure the Win2K Pro laptop to fit into this network so it can share the dial out connection and share files and the printer?

Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Glenn
