Multiple taskbars

Ok I know this has been discussed before but I cannot find it anywhere when I do a search for it. I have all of my quicklaunch items at the bottom of my screen and want a taskbar on the top so I can fill that obne out as well. I have windows XP Pro and really need some help. Thanks bunches Rockpile

well this is for w2k but i assume it will work on xp
r/click on the taskbar and select new toolbar(you can customize the way you like it)
