HELP-cant access email

i got an email a couple of days ago and when i try to access it my email program switches of and i hav to reopen it and i cant even delete it

i would first try scanning your computer with adaware
http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/ maybe there is spyware or something.

did you try just restarting the computer, sometimes that can help also.

Also, what e-mail program? are you running windows? if so, which version?

i hav done a scan with adaware 6 pro with no objects detected, and tried to restart my puter with no success,my email prgrm is outlook expess 6 with Incredimail running over the top... thx for the quick response and anything further... cheers..an ah ra best

are you retrieving the mail from a POP3, or from somewhere like hotmail? where is it being directed from?

Have you tried a anti virus scan? Since Adaware is not an antivirus program.

i use POP3 and SMPT. and i cant even access it to tell you were it bean directed from, but its about an IBM product. And goldenbuddha i have norton AV 2003pro and it has not picked up anything. thx in advance.
