WebkeysProwler software had problem with Add/Remove

hi..,,,

i think every body know this software WebkeysProwler .

OS:Windwos ME

The site :www.Webkeys.com
i try many times to access this site but always i get this message

"The page cannot be displayed"

what i want to solve my problem was i can't remove it from my Pc because i can't access my e-mail in the computer and i forget the password for advisor.



so ,,, if any body can help me

i use many steps to remove but i didn't

step 1

start>run>msconfig> startup = and i unselect the name of this software and second step was in control Panel >Add/Remove i try to removed but nothing happen.



setp 2

start>run>regedit>
in localmachine >Software>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Run > and delete also name the software and use the keys Alt+Ctrl+Del and unselect the software and use the same step 1 in Control Panel but it nothing happen.

as now i haven't any idea how to solve it.....

I'd try starting in safe mode and use the A/R CP to do it that way. If that still doesn't work, when IE opens with Page cannot be displayed, just close the IE window. I had a program do that to me and it uninstalled after I closed the IE window.

OK, let me clarify. I assume this is a program installed on your PC. Therefore do the following:

Go to Start, then Settings and then Control panel.
Double click "Add/Remove Programs". Find the application that you need to remove. And click it once, then click "Add/Remove" and it should uninstall. No need to mess with MS Config or Regedit.

And nevermind what I said about internet explorer. It sounds like it's not applicable after re-reading your post.

I see that you did try removing it from the control panel. If it is very stubborn and wont' go away, try downloading AdAware 6 and see if that removes it. If all else fails, delete the registry entries and the program folders from your hard disk.
