Systemworks 2002 install problem XP

I can't get my Systemworks 2002 to install properly. It tells me that there is a version that needs to be UNinstalled. When I go to add/remove programs, I see the Nortons Systemworks but there is 0 bytes/size. When I try to remove it anyways I get the following message Error 1606: Could not access network location-
<Common Administrative Tools>Allusers\.
OS is XP Professional.
Thanks in advance...Don

Hope this helps.

I personally don't like to edit the registry unless I can't avoid it but have had to on occation with Norton products.

I also found this at M$.

Good Luck!

Mike
