Optimum CDRs?

I just bought a 50-pack of this brand of CDR for $9.99. Looks pretty generic, and I don't know if this brand is any good. I've looked around and downloaded a prog called CDR Identifier. After running the prog, it appears the disc manufacturer is CMC Corp. Has anyone used this brand or does anyone know if CMC is good? Thanks!

I used these Cds and they seem OK. But I paid like $0.94 for 50 and at that price you can't go wrong.

I just popped in a burned Imation cdr. It turned out Imation also uses CMC.

Khypermedia too I think. I got a spindle for free after rebate from Office Depot. They work fine.

I bought a spindle of them at Staples the day after Thanksgiving. I haven't had any problems with them yet.

cmc is one of the largest cd manufacturers in the world. they oem for many different brands including imation (which is what i've been using for several years now).

my burner recently had a problem with power calibration errores. i almost bought a new burner but it turned out that the 3 imation disks that i was using were bad. the rest of the 50 were ok.
