Kids Memory PC100 or PC133

I've got two motherboards and I'm not sure that either use 133 one is an Asus sp98-n and when I contacted asus they said they aren't sure either. It has an amd-k6 300 mhz cpu with only two dimms wich support 256mb and right now it has pc-100 in it totaling 64mb . I was told it would you can run 133 in a board that supports 100 without a problem but I'm not sure. The other board is a PC100 BXcel M726MRT wich I believe will use 133 again I'm not sure.{the board is dead right now} any thoughts.?

You can run PC133 in a board like that, so long as it is of the right type (ie non-ecc and of supported size)

The asus sp98-n uses the sis5598. The fastest fsb is 83mhz. You can use PC100 and PC133 ram, but you'll be underclocking it. Also, the board may not see all of the ram, especially with high density memory. The best thing to do would be to use Crucial's online memory selector to order compatible memory.
