Display Problem (Corrupted Graphics)

Ohhh...stupid me, forgot to ask you this question. Besides the spots..are they any discolouring? For my case, red colour "disappered" from my monitor due to the failed RGB components.

A] Failing pixel memory
B] overclocking artifacts
C] Possibly correctible by other driver versions or adjusting settings (yes, after booting badly, there are some cards that work better after drivers/settings are changed)
D] I've heard of IRQ sharing of AGP slot shared with the PCI slot next to it, but usually more extreme problems.
