Have you heard of this.

Okay, I have to 25ft. Patch Cord For Ethernet Networks. Is there any kind of device that will connect them both? If so how much? Whats it called? And Where can I get it?

do you want to connect them end to end to make a 50fter? i think i have seen them they look like phone line extenders but are cat5. no idea where i saw them at a computer expo. i wanted them to beable to make crossover cables using 2 patch ones.

it's called a coupler and it looks very much like the pic in the above link. can probably get it at any well-stocked store or maybe a radio shack near you.

Any well stocked computer store will have this. There will be two types. Crossover and splice. crossover when you go computer to computer and splice to just add length. Mine are green for crossover, might be standard color code( I don't know)
