My mom bought her computer from wall*mart in 2002 . it didn't come with a recovery disc then she called Hewlett Packard then he told my mom that she don't need one but i feel who ever needs one we should not need to tell him why we need it then he turns around and tell her if she follow what he said over the phone that will fix her computer but that was not all it would be $40.00 plus $2.99 cent for the call . if some one know why he told her that other then trying to make money contact me please need help.
I have the disks to recover a pavillion ze1000, what a hassle and piece of junk! I was going to give it to my son, so as it was not working correctly, I used recovery disks, now I cannot get it to work AT ALL!!!! it keeps crashing during set up...
