I know someone who stuck his in the dishwasher. It was stinking beforehand after a bout of extra-sweet (sticky) coffee.

Anyway, he put it in the dishwasher, and it came out absolutely spotless.

... On the downside, his laptop never worked again.

i am so supprised that it would still work after being in the dishwasher!!! 1 way of cleaning is to leaver out the keys 1 buy 1 and clean them with water and soap then once their all out clean the keyboard itself

I've got one that's had so much liquid spilled in it it's unbelievable, but it stil works.I'd try the dishwasher if I had one

If you've ever taken a keyboard apart, weren't you SHOCKED to find out how SIMPLE they are?? I was!

That's why the dishwasher idea makes sense to me....'course, I've never done it, but then, I don't EAT over the thing. Well, hardly ever.

Okay, I do, but I'm real neat about it. Mostly.

Well I used the shower on hot, tried to get jerry to take mine home and put it in his dishwasher but he wouldn't.Then I dried it in the dryer on the tennis shoe rack thingy. Works..

I think the tumble dry effect would be neat. Kinda like scrabble when you're done. I thought Eddie tried one of yours in his dishwasher Fyx.
