Help required with Flask MPEG

I'm not new with ripping, but recently I have run in to a problem
Every time I try to convert VOB to AVI with Flask, it only does approx 20min of the movie, then it stops. It always use to work on my machine. I have tried different versions of Flask, but without any luck.

There is definately nothing wrong with the VOB files, because I have used other programs to convert, and it works. I just prefer to use Flask, since it is the BEST program out there to do the job

Any ideas out there????
