How come when I type...

Everything seems to slow down, even when I play games, and just typeing in general it slows down then speeds back up? Could anyone give me any info on how to fix this please. Thank you.

I have a Windows XP dell demnsion 4500 with a 2.0 Gig pent 4 with 512 ram. I also just found out that i have htis one trojan that is called BKDR_SANISI.A I have done all the removal directions and still i cannot run NAV or any other type of virus removal program. Any info would help me out alot thank you in advance.
