Wondering if over an XP home network i can see who is logged on at another station?

If you know the ip address or the name of the pc, try in a command box (substitute the ip address or pcname)

nbtstat -a x.x.x.x
or
nbtstat -a pcname

It will give you some info. There are other utilities out there that will scan the network like LANGUARD network scanner.
