I was refering to the fact of the Official Dets dont have the GF4 440 Go as one of the cards (in the inf file), so what card are you telling it, it is? GF4 MX?

Yes, schizophonic...I used RivaTuner to really overclock my chip. I used CPUCool to change the FSB and up the CPU to 1789. I then turned up the AC, waited till it kicked on and put the exhaust port of my laptop, right up to the AC vent. I then ran 3DMark2001SE. My score was 5879. I dont remember what the RivaTuner settings were, Im sorry to say. There were artifacts on the screen through the entire run of 3DMark2001. It failed on me 3 times before it completed successfully. I doubt I will attempt it again, as I did this while the laptop was under the 15 day return policy for CompUSA. It isnt anymore and I dont want to deal with the hassle and possible refusal of fixing my laptop with the standard 3 year warranty...if I happen to fry something. (

With the increase in performance after installing the newest Dets, Im positive that I could get more than 6000 with my Toshiba. Sadly though...I wont take the risk in killing another laptop...yes, I said ANOTHER laptop. :/

Hey guys. SOrry for not replying. I found this page on my History. DAMN must have been a long time.

Well neway. Still no luck guys. I'm a bit more experianced with my Dell Inspiron 8200. But that doesn't help.

I;ve tried a number of different drivers, and i beleive there is something holding me back. Everytime i install different drivers, i wonder around 5000 - 54XX on 3dmark. I know my tweaks on what i can do. Since i am 2nd on the ORB of FM with my desktop defult spec, but thats a different story

Do you think it's something with in the bios? Can i chage my Ram Timmings? And can i flash my GF 4 Go bios?

I don't think it's anything to do with my 32mb GF 4 GO and 256 Ram.

Hello i was wondering if anyone could help me, i just tryed to play a far
cry demo that i got off a DVD cover disk and it installs fine and everything
but when i play it i cant really see anything, could this be to do with a
wrong graphic card driver installed or something? i am pretty sure that it is, when i tryed to run another game (prince of persia, sands of time) it said something about a wrong driver being installed... i have a 64MB Geforce 440go graphics card and a 3.06Ghz P4 processor and 1GB of ram on my laptop.. so im sure the game should run at least, it doesnt even run at the lowest settings, i can not see anything..
I tryed getting the drivers from my laptop manufacturer but they dont seem to be on their site...not yet anyway.

can anyone help me?
