We've actually moved from the PC Chips board to the Gigabyte GA-7VKMLS board which has all the same features but is a better software bundle and seems to be fine.

I'm having the same problem.
Every time I try to up the cpu speed in the bios.
I reboot my system stays on a black screen.

How do I fix this. How do I get my bios/mobo to recognize the amd xp 1900
